Custom furniture orders are considered final sales and may not be returned or exchanged.

Special orders are considered final after 3 days of payment and may not be changed or cancelled.

Orders from our lighting and accessory catalogs are considered a final sale and may not be returned or cancelled.

Floor sample items are sold as is and considered a final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

Designers are responsible for measurements for all orders as well as the ability of items to be delivered through doorways or any obstacles.

Every attempt is made to have the most current and correct pricing on our items.
