STRATA BOWL-RAKU

The Strata Bowl, named after its layered construction, is crafted using an ancient Japanese form of firing called "Raku." Raku ware is characterized by beautifully crackled or metallic glazed surfaces as well as blackened unglazed surfaces, both of which are the result of the unique low-firing technique.
