Our simplified interpretation of Thomas Chippendale’s famous chinoiserie design gives our chairs a more relaxed, contemporary feel with a dash of country charm. Created from mahogany with an antiqued lacquered white finish, the frame of the Evelyn Armchair boasts an intricate fretwork back nodding to its Asian inspiration, with a softly rounded top. Gently curved details appear throughout, from the slight dip in the seat and armrests to the fluted, tapering legs.
