Massachussetts upholstered low side chair, circa 1780-1800. The design is attributed to John Seymour, the master crafter of Boston who is considered the Rembrandt of Federal furniture in America. A companion arm chair is available. Also shown is a special construction version in a box pleated full length skirt with over-size Graceful monogram as an option. Oxford is the standard finish as shown. Optional NS-08 nail head trim shown.
